Junior Photographer

Ceruzzi Concepts is at the forefront of innovating on behalf of our customers, and continually push the boundaries of traditional e-commerce photography and videography. Ceruzzi Concepts is looking for an organized, detail-oriented and enthusiastic junior photographer to join our team.
Day to day, this position will provide assistance with photography and visual media departments through hands-on experience with pre-production planning, studio and on-location production, post-production tasks and graphic designs.
This is a full-time position with Ceruzzi Concepts is in Tucker, Georgia, and reports to the Sr. Photographer and Director of Marketing.
Junior Photographer Roles & Responsibilities
- Execute high-quality digital photography for multiple categories of product in a few different e-commerce styles
- Maintaining consistent high standards for accuracy, aesthetics and productivity through image capture and editing
- Assist with primary shooting and do secondary shooting on photo and video projects
- Equipment care and maintenance, including pick-up, drop off and set up
- Set up and maintain lighting based on directives from the Sr. Photographer
- Support pre-production, production, and post workflows including location scouting, asset organization, and general assistance
- Partner with Art Directors, Photographers, Videographers, and Producers to support daily shooting needs
- Operate digital photography equipment, including computers, cameras, and studio lighting
- Use Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, Capture One, and Final Cut along other software to add and edit critical image metadata
- Work in studio or travel to on-location shoots to assist in production, lighting, and staging
- Other duties as assigned
Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
- Proficiency in Lightroom, Photoshop, Capture One and Final Cut
- Proficiency with Mac OS, PC, Canon, and Nikon Cameras.
- Knowledge of natural and strobe lighting.
- Familiar with tethered shooting into Lightroom or similar program(s).
- Must be familiar with professional photography grade equipment i.e. Full Frame DLSR Camera
- Duties require good judgment, initiative, and the ability to deal with last-minute changes or critical issues. Ability to work flexible hours to correspond with fluctuating work demands.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and details simultaneously.
- Requires good time management and organizational abilities.
- Requires self-direction, tact, diplomacy, and a clear, courteous, and professional manner when dealing with team members and clients.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Products.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Enjoys working with people and participating in a team environment.
- Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to periodically travel domestically.
- Knowledgeable and proficient with the latest technology
- Creative Training from an accredited school with an emphasis on still photography and/or 2+ year’s experience with the production and execution of product and apparel photography in a studio setting under constant lighting.
- High level experience editing in Photoshop, Final Cut and Mac OS software.
- Prior photography experience is a must; Commercial Photography preferred.
- Serious candidates will supply a portfolio of photographic capabilities and work highlighting product and apparel imagery in a sterile and themed environment.
- Hours of operation are 10am-6pm Monday-Friday
